Why does the files for the 'CFA Schweser 2009 Level 1' study notes say 2008 in their file names? I noticed that when you open the files and read them they are copyrighted 2008, but they also say welcome to the 2009 study notes?! Are these really the 2009 notes or are they actually the 2008 notes???
Because de books for june 2009 were published in 2008 only.

What is the verdict on these notes provided. Are they for 2009 or 2008?
The books are for 2009 June CFA Level 1 Exam and they are published in 2008. If Schweser published these books after January 2009, the year mentioned would be 2009, which happened in the case Amrinder mentioned.

hey finance guru and other bloggers, I noticed that the exams that are "2009" were created in 2002 as it says at the bottom of the exam an in the file properties. also the question bank is says its "expired" when i try to install it... any help would be appreciated.

Dreamer, I think you can search for the torrent to download the Schweaser 2009 Level 1 notes if you don't want to use Rapid Share.
In Rapid Share, I used the premium account (I paid for it) to download the notes

Rinal, They overlap big time. I would say roughly 90 - 95%. I took the CFA last year and failed big time, mainly because I was ill prepared. Just go through the old notes. ITs good place to start.

Hey Rinal refer to the the shwesers notes completely initially to get a grasp of the concepts.
The moment you are done with it solve mock tests from CDs as well as the practice workbooks. Solving these tests is the KEY to passing the exams. Hope it helps for you!
